  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing time may vary during high-demand periods (e.g., product launches, holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options depending on your location:

Domestic Shipping (Ghana)

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – “Calculated at Checkout”

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – "Calculated at Checkout"

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping (7–21 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Please note: Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination country and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • You’ll see all applicable shipping rates during checkout before confirming your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your package using the link provided or directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen weather events.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • MCFITS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes in your country.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • To change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
